Scramble voice in Skype/GTalk?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good voice scrambler or similar program that can be used to hide (or distort) one's voice on Skype or Google Talk? I think it might be possible using Jack [OS X], but I'm not sure how... any ideas/alternatives?
