Scrambled icons..

For some reason everytime I shut down, the icons on my desktop re-order. Well actually it's just one. The HD icon which should be in the top right corner always ends up in the bottom right corner. Each time I move it, it always seems to move back. Not sure why this started happening. Is there some way to "lock" icons?

Weird. Is it selected as your boot drive in System Preferences? Maybe post a screenshot to see if there's a hint as to what's happening.
