scrambled screen when loading PLEX video

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue...I am trying to watch some video's using PLEX on my iMac, and I can hear the audio...but the screen looks purple/grey and scrambled.

Is there something I am missing?

It does this for CNN, MSNBC, NBC, HGTV, HULU, and some others.
 
I checked it out on the PLEX Forum's, and apparently its due to Flash 10.1. PLEX 9 is not compatible with the new Flash, so don't update if you are using PLEX.
