Alright, I know this is probably crazy OCD. But after only having the watch for two weeks and only putting it on and off from the charger, I noticed last night there’s a scratch on the back. I thought this was supposed to be ceramic casing now? Do you think this is caused by simply placing it on the charger?

Sorry I can not see the scratch. The charger should not have caused this. Glad it is on the back.
I can't see it from that picture and tbh, who cares. Its not like you'll be staring at the scratch every time you raise your hand. Its on the underside. Don't sweat the small stuff and enjoy your purchase. Life will be more enjoyable if you don't get too wrapped up in those inconsequential things
The charging puck would not cause this at all. As long as the scratch is not affecting the heart rate sensor, I would not be concerned with it, especially if it’s on your wrist, you will never see the scratch as it is.
I can't completely shame OP. After 2 years, I finally took the protective plastic off my puck.
The scratch is very, very small. Upper right side.
Unless the charger was dirty or the watch had something on it you didn't know, it wouldn't scratch placing on or off the charger.
