Sounds like the glass did a nice job, and will be perfectly sufficient for daily use with just the basic level of awareness and care.

It did a whole lot better than I thought it would. As longs as you don't rub sandpaper on it, you won't get too many scratches.

Ive never scratched an iPhone or iPad I think the glass will be fine.

Hell, I've never scratched my Pebble's plastic face, so I think I'll be fine with glass 😛

For everyday use the IonX glass will stand up as long as you stay away from sandpaper lol

The Ion-X performed as expected. Everyday use should be fine, minute scratches may come with age. While I don't necessarily regret ordering the Sport, I do want the SS version, solely because all of my watches have Sapphire. That said, this watch will be obsolete in a relatively short amount of time, so it's sort of a moot point for me.
