More like anyone not got 'em. If you don't, you will. Unless you sequester your notebook in one of those unsightly speck or suitably tacky cases. I'd rather go naked with a few scratches than throw on one of those beasts. Had the invisible shield and it too was pretty, pretty fuggly. Of course it wouldn't be bad just used on the bottom to prevent scratches.

My brother in law and I both got our 15" unibody MBPs at the same time in early April. His has gouges all over the bottom, mine has absolutely none, not even the tiniest imperfection - both are used totally naked. On the other hand, he seems to casually toss his into a backpack while I put it in a sleeve before I travel with it.

Never slide your macbook pro across a table or any hard surface. Any debris on the table will get in between the computer and table and this is what causes those scratches on the bottom. You should also get one of those soft cases if you put your computer into your backpack often.

My brand new 2016 MBP just got its first (light) scratch at the bottom, although I've really tried to keep it "safe".... Any trick to get that off, or less visible ?

order a skin from color ware. i have them on mine and the macs are literally flawless
