screen and keyboard protectors?

my macbook is getting delivered today adn i was wondering if any of you guys use screen and keyboard protectors. i will moving mine around alot and i just thot itd be a good thing to have. and if you dont use one what are some good brands?

I use the Marware protection pack plus for my Macbook Pro. They sell something similar for the Macbook as well.
