Screen bleeding or glue?!

Is my screen bleeding or is it the glue. The genius today at Apple said it should go away within a week.
What is a good day to go for a brand new exchange?

Did he really say they it'd go away? That looks like a backlight bleed to me. It actually looks minor compared to what I've seen on the forums.
