I want a free screen capturing app that can capture video of my desktop, mainly just for doing tutorials for my friends (and youtube) who know nothing of macs.

there is a program that you can download for free and use for free but leaves a big watermark with the unlicensed versions. thats the only screen capture app i know.

The only Video capture I have seen is $79-$199. Again the demo leaves a water make.

i have used kind of screen capture software called ACA Capture Pro, i think it can handle it .

Copernicus is the only video screen capture app that is free and leaves no watermark that I know of.

OS X has it built in. Open preview then go to file, Grab then sellect whitch type you would like. Selection (You select witch part of the screen to capture) Window (will Capture the current open window). 🙂
