screen capture-video style

Does anyone know of an app that allows you to record your screen? Basically the video analog of screen capture. I find myself wanting to do some little demos and save them as a resource.

Snapz Pro is one app that does but there are others. Some that save to flash also. Search on versiontracker.

Yeah, this works pretty good too. I like being able to change the frame rate (although, I haven't explored snapz in it's entirety)
