heeey, im looking for some FREE software that will allow me to live-stream my screen. i've tried cam-twist and its way to choppy when im playing the games on my mac and livestreaming them.
i am looking for software that will allow me to;
1) livestream via the 'flash live media encoder'
2) allow me to capture my screen
3) also add my webcam and text
4) be free
5) doesn't completely flaw-out my computers hardware
please help im really stuck
