screen cleaning

i want to know how to properly clean my mbp's screen, it looks like there is a few dots of somthing or other that would require a bit more than light wipe over

i use the monster lcd cleaner works great. got it and bestbuy

i use iClean and it is great. I originally got it for my HD TV but use it for my MBP and all my monitors too.

are these products specific for the matte or glossy screens? or does it not make any difference?

Im using Monster Screencleaner and it works fine for any LCD screen.
