My 6s+ has dark corners it's pretty noticeable on a white background which is all of ios9

Nope, not on mine.

Every time a defect thread pops up I try to find same on my 6S, but have yet to discover one.

The one I bought for my mom has a noticeable gradient on a white background. It's grey-ish at the top and gets lighter as you go down. I'll post a picture later.

I can confirm that most if not all do, at varying degrees.
