iPod touch Screen - did Apple do a swap for you?

For those of you lucky enough to have Apple just swap out a cracked-screen touch for a new one, who did it - did you have a genius bar appointment?

Any info greatly appreciated - I don't expect this to happen, but it would be a nice surprise.

For a price?

95% chance of that.

Unless it's water damaged, in which case Apple won't touch it.
