Screen getting cut off in VMware Fusion

So, I'm trying to run this anatomy program in windows xp through vmware fusion, and the top of the program gets cut off. If I put it in unity mode, it doesn't work right either. Any suggestions?

What resolution do you have set in the guest OS ? It looks like the app is meant for a bigger res than you have set... Are you using the default XP install or something? That has ridiculously low resolution....

its running under my normal 1024x800. Its an old school program, could that be an issue?
