I had my screen replaced via AppleCare September 2020 while phone was still under warranty and before AC+ expired.

This was replaced in a UK Apple Store at £25

The screen has failed and unresponsive, anyone know how long the screen should be warranted for, obviously the phone is out of warranty now (Nov 20)

I think Apple give you an extra of three months for parts on a repair they do. If this is a device bought in the UK it might also qualify for a claim under British consumer law in addition.

Yh I thought that. I am the original owner but my Son now has the phone but it was bought direct from Apple under a IUP credit agreement from new.

Not sure about UK but US is 90 days... I found this on the UK site. It says 90 days(bottom of page), but not sure what your consumer rights cover or extend..
