It looks like your wallpaper is a screenshot of a photo in an app, rather than the actual photo itself.

This actually drives me crazy that people constantly do this instead of actually saving the photo instead. Especially when they start reposting it.

Take it easy, if I'm editing the photo with non-free App, I take screenshot after editing.
