Screen not scrolling with cursor

When I type on my iPhone 7 in a forum such as here, my typing goes off the screen instead of scrolling along with the cursor, meaning I have to swipe the screen across to keep up.

Anyone else having this?

Various others have noticed this kind of thing. Likely an iOS 10.0 glitch of some sort.
