Screen problem: Blue noise when using Chrome or Brave browser

I need help guys, just recently my mac started doing this.. and it really freaks me out since this is not the first time i've had problems like this. I also was one the unlucky buyers og the old Macbook Pro 2011, that had GPU defect. My specs are below, thank you 🙏

Browser spec:
Chrome: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Brave: 1.8.96 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

My system spec is:
Os: Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287)
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
