bought a new monitor (Fujitsu Amilo SL23T-1) to my Mac Mini and I think the colors are not so good, the colors are very bright. How should I set it for it to become a good color on my new monitor?
 
try auto adjust on the monitor, or go to system preferences>displays>color>calibrate button on the right.

Other wise try changing the settings manually on the monitor or changes the colour profile.
