Screen was working perfectly no problem most of the time i had it on HDMI 27inches monitor (closed lid) and this afternoon just this nothing else.

Honestly, it doesn't matter what happened to it. You have a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects, use it, it's what it's for.

If you really want to know, that looks like either a LDVS cable failure or GPU.

Assuming it's new

Just take it back and get a new one.

If you bought second hand we need to know the specs before we can give you any advice.

Its a brand new computer - take it back. You paid a lot of money for it and its not working the way it ought too. Take it back - its a no brainer imo.

i called the shop yesterday and told them my problem also i gave them the Screenshots and they said that they have seen it before this problem so i guess all fine i will return it and hopefully i will get a replace because i wouldn't like to be refurbished. Also my model is MF840
