Before I get a million comments, yes, I am aware how hard it is to scratch the current gen iPad screens. That said, between working around some mildly corrosive compounds and just my general luck, I've usually thrown a screen protector on most of my devices and been thankful I had.

That said, I purchased one of the Anker glass protectors off Amazon and installed it today. It's a nice accessory, but I was amazed at how much glare it added to the screen. It was my understanding that the latest iPad Pros (and maybe Air's too) have some work on reducing screen glare, which this protector seemed to add back, plus some. I have one of the plastic film "anti-glare" protectors on my iPhone, and while it's fine for that, I wanted something that didn't reduce the clarity quite as much when it comes to the iPad.

As such, I'm looking for recommendations for screen protectors, that above all else, maintain the image quality and reduced glare of the iPad screen. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Pretty sure the anti glare is a coating so you just covered the coating. It should still be reduced but now light is reflecting off the screen protector so...

You could get an anti glare screen protector. You get the protection and clarity with a gloss protector but get the glare.
