screen recording app?

Hi

I want to record a friends webcast tonight, but I have to go out. Is there an app that can record what is happening on my screen as an .avi video or whatever video format..Kind of like Wiretap for video?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, Snapz Pro X won't do timed recordings, AFAIK.

Edit: Just checked w/my copy. Nope... no timed recordings.

Oops sorry, missed that part (timed). And no it wont' do that.
