Screen recording software

Can somebody recommend a mac screen recording package that will save in formats other than MOV only.

Snapz Pro is good but will only save in MOV format.

I've never used them, but ScreenFlow is a big one, from what I understand, and Screenium may be worth checking out. I also recall hearing about programs called iShowU, and Copernicus, the latter of which was supposed to be freeware. Like I said, though, I have never used them and cannot vouch for any.

Tried iShowU - Doesn't do what I want.

Will look at the others.

Looks like ScreenFlow can only save to MOV too.

I'll second Copernicus.

I've used it on a PowerBook G4 with great results.

I use Capture Me. It's free and does a nice job. It currently doesn't record video over 60 seconds, though.

I'll try the 2 suggested above. All of the others suggested so far only save in MOV format.

I am after an app that will allow a choice of saving options. MOV only is no good to me.
