Screen recording with audio

Would there be anyway to record my screen with internal audio?

A free app would be nice as I won't be using it that often. I just want to record some gaming videos.

To my understanding, the QuickTime recorder does not record internal audio.

You can use soundflower to redirect sound output to quicktime.

Snagit also has the function
