Screen recording?

Is there an app, either on the App Store or Cydia, that records your screen? I've seen so many youtube videos where it seems people record their screens for instructional purposes.

"Display Out" + the VGA Adapter and some hardware can do that.

Some of those video are using Veency (VNC server) + some Remove desktop/VNC client app.

There used to be an App call, "ScreenRecorder" I haven't heard anything about it for a while so maybe it haven't been update.
