I got a 'mura' (cluster of white pixels) on my 6 month old rMBP.

The screen is now being replaced at the Genius Bar. The genius ordered me a screen. Will it be a new screen or a refurbished one?

in my experience it would say "Refurb" on the ticket if that was what they were ordering. The pricing looks right for a new LCD

This is what mine cost for a 15"

    Repair Estimate
Item Number Description Price Amount Due
    661-7171 LCD DISPLAY CLAMSHELL RETINA $ 623.86 $ 0.00
    S1490LL/A Hardware Repair Labor $ 39.00 $ 0.00
Total (Tax not included) $ 662.86

Great, thanks for your input. Hopefully it is new. I just forgot to ask when I was there!
