iPhone 12 mini Screen rotate not working?

The screen on my iPhone 12 mini will not rotate to landscape, stuck on portrait!

Swiped down from top right, set portrait lock "off" but won't move?

Any ideas please, is there another setting somewhere that could lock/override it?

What app are you trying to rotate? Not all of them will support rotate on a 12 mini.

This happens to me constantly. It's a bug. You can wait and it may resolve itself (this is over the course of hours), or you can restart your phone to fix it immediately.
