Screen Rotation

I have a problem on the Ipad mini 2 - when the device is held horizontally position, the screen is rotated to the vertical and vice versa. the difference in the position of 90 degrees. what is the problem and what should I do?

Have you tried simply rebooting it?

Yes, I rebooted several times, and tried in safe mode, tried Recovery through itunes, but no Results

Is there an Apple Store near by?

yes there is a shop, so what?

I don't know... I guess there's nothing that the people there who diagnose, repair, and replace Apple products can do for you.
