Screen Saver wont lock

Used to work but now my screen saver will not lock. Even after I enable "require pw to wake compauter from sleep or screen saver"

also, i have the timer set to "never" yet the screen saver will still activate itself

any ideas?

ive repaired permissions and still doesnt work
