Screen saver

Not sure that I touched by accident but when the I pad locks it displays a screen saver picture. How do I turn off?
 
When you double press the home button while it's locked, you'll see a flower icon to the right of the slider. That button activates the picture frame option. It shouldn't be activating automatically though.
