I was expecting more. They showed how to open the case with a putty knife.
They sanded down the knife with 150 grit sand paper, before using it. Not sure why. Memory and HD can be replaced easily. They stated more
"cool" mods in the coming shows this week. I heat ya brap. I was flipping through the channels and heard them say they were going to upgrade the mini. Only reason I tuned in. Show isn't what it used to be.
 
WHAT? The Screensavers actually had a segment about computers? WOW! That's incredible, man! Cherish this day, for it's a rare for TSS to have any tech content anymore.

Kevin Rose had the Mac Mini teardown on his website a day or 2 ago. He also links to Apple's Mac Mini service manual.
 
Good to hear I didn't miss anything. Not surprised, though.

God, I miss the old pre-G4 days....
 
I miss having techtv, in the dorms I only get basic cable, since I have to pay for my cable internet conncetion I'm not paying for more channels too. Plus, like it was already mentioned, TechTV hasn't been the same since it became G4 techtv. 🙁

It's what the mini service manual recommends (link courtesy of kevinrose.com).

Edit: I find it humorous that Apple has a part number for the putty knife (922-6761). 🙂
