"Screen Sharing" on a PC?

i just discovered the "Screen Sharing" app in \Core Services. Can I use it with a PC?

If not, is it possible to use my PC (laptop) monitor as an external monitor for my mac?

I prefer using TeamViewer, which works with Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Ubuntu, iPhone, iPad, etc. It's very secure and quite simple to set up and use.
