We use screen shots a lot. On machines that have been upgraded to Catalina, when a user puts a screen shot into their Mac Mail, the image gets resized and is hard to read when sent because it is so small.

I am not able to find anyone else reporting this issue. The original screen shot on the users iMac is normal size (ie you can open and see it) however once emailed, it is small and distorted when you try to open it or save it.

Anyone have any idea if there is a fix for this?

Thanks,

Macmail: Just underneath the header on the right hand side, you should see a drop down box and it give you options for image size of attachments.
You should have options: Small, Medium, Large and Actual size.
Is it possible that it's set to Small?

I will check this. I believe I already did but will check again. Thanks!

I hope it's that. It only appears when you have an attachment and I think it arrived with Catalina.
Good Luck
