Screen Shot/Video Capture.. with mouse pointer?

Got to make a FCP guide for new editors to explain how to use our storage system back up process yadda yadda.

Looking for two tool recommendations
1. Screen capture but with mouse pointer.
2. A tool to capture the video on the screen or more importantly a small area zoomed in.

Anyone got s recommendation?
