iPhone 13 Screen stutter/lag

Is anybody else having this problem with their iPhone? When scrolling I get a very bad screen ‘stutter’.

I have the iPhone 13. I’ve not had this issue before, just noticed it this morning after my apple wallet and leather case purchase. I was reading the confirmation email and it was very bad. I’ve recorded a short on YouTube.

This is the problem with Gmail app, it lags on almost every iPhone.

I'm having this happen with apps on my iPhone 13. Twitter, LinkedIn, Weather all stutter when scrolling. Sometimes even when switching apps the animation stutters and drops frames. I didn't have any of this with my iPhone X. I wonder if this is an iOS 15 issue.

I’ve noticed this in different apps other than gmail as well on my 13. Waiting it out in hopes that it’s just an iOS 15 issue.

I downloaded the Gmail to test, and it's horrible! Completely unusable due to the stutter. It's noticeable in most apps on my iPhone 13, but Gmail is certainly the worst of them all!

Same here on my 13 pro max , their is heavy stuttering/flickering on app like twitter fb, app store , file app and sometime safari.
Dont know why apple is not considering this as an issue .
I already replace one 13 pro max and still same issue.

I discovered a workaround for Gmail. When scrolling, don’t lift your finger and let go like you usually would, but keep your finger on the screen. I know it’s not fast, but it’s not as bad as the stutter.
