Looks like it's defective. Apple should replace it no problem.

Something similar to this happens to the Pebble often. Manufacturing problem probably. Whatever happened, you will need a new watch. Apple should give you a new one tomorrow without a problem.

Just return it and do not waste your time here. Apple will replace unless there is damage to the watch.

Take your strap off before they take your watch away! If they have to ship it rather than swap it in store you may never see it again!

I would have put back on the original strap before taking it to the Apple store!

By the way. My watch is way over 14 days and I don't have AppleCare.

Yes but after 14days usually they send it for repair or give you a product in a plain box and a unique serial on it.

They I asked if I brought everything so they can swap everything. unfortunately watch and charger only.

I guess it's only a proof or for justifying that they swap a defective watch. They put the defective one on the box.

They normally put the defective watch back in the box to ship back. This is also true of all white box replacements. I bet had the OP brought the old box, they would have taken that and given him the new one.

True. Genius girl told me if I brought everything she will not even bothering opening the new one.

I'm always blown away the experience always here in CT (Westfarms Mall)

Ahh, okay that makes sense. Can't say I've ever actually had to return any Apple products so never gone thru with all that jazz.
