Screen time and Assistive Access

Hi So I've been using screen time to limit/monitor my children's access to the ipad. One of my children has found that enabling Assistive Access allows them to bypass screen time controls. Is there a way to block that feature from being enabled? I tried to circumvent it with purchasing Qustudio, but apparently it doesn't get around this issue either.
