Screen Time app limits for certain times of day?

Is it possible to limit an app (or a website) to a certain time of day?

For instance: let's say the child has a school-iPad and sometimes needs to access Youtube for educational stuff in class (i.e. unlimited access during a certain time-period of the day), but the parents want to limit (or block) access to Youtube after school (i.e. 30 minutes during another time-period of the day after school).

You should be able to do this with screen time.

Use Screen Time on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

With Screen Time, you can access real-time reports showing much much time you spend on your device.

I cant remember if you can set specific times but you should be able to. Might just have to dive into screen time and play around with it. However, if it's a SCHOOL device, you might not be able to set it up as those are usually managed by an IT admin.

Actually this is for both for a school iPad and the child's iPhone.
I was surprised to see that Screen Time actually works for the school iPad. Not via Apple ID, but it has to be done on the iPad itself, and the parents can set a password. Other than that the school's iPad was pretty restricted.

For the child's iPhone we've set it up with Apple ID and Family Sharing, so that means we can change permissions and times remotely.

I've read through the article you linked, but couldn't find out how to define specific times for allowing use of apps. Perhaps you were referring to this section of the article? (red highlighting by me):

App limits
You can set daily limits for app categories with App Limits. For example, you might want to see productivity apps while you're at work, but not social networking or games. App Limits refresh every day at midnight, and you can delete them any time.

I've played around with the "App limits" section, but apart from the time limit I can't find any option for defining when during the day this applies to.
