I just found that my iPhone is probably my enemy in some regards.

I do not browse internet and watch YT as much as I am on iPhone. Therefore, I have turned on Screen Time to limit myself.

I know, I know, I should have self control even without such help, but let’s see if it helps.

What about you? Do you use Screen Time, or not?

Yes.

I don’‘t use Screen Time on any of my devices. When I go to bed, I do my best to honor the Sleep App settings although there have been times I was awake and decided to check mail and MR quickly.

Most of the time i am either using my watch or my iPad Pro.

If it takes Screen Time to train a positive habit in you, that is a good thing. Embrace it until the habit no longer needs a crutch to fall back on.

I don't use screen time cause I feel like keeping track of that would make me depressed it's so boring

I also feel like using my phone too much can make me feel overwhelmed and too into details so I put my phone away and try to enjoy my surroundings

Somewhat like phone fatigue

I have it turned on but I’m so busy in general that I don’t have time to think about things like that. I use my devices when I need to or feel like it. Although I like to see the usage graph every week.

Wow!

According to the poll, rarely anyone uses Screen Time.

Interesting.

If this is true, maybe Apple is gonna remove it in future versions of iOS and Mac OS.
