I’ve had my phone set up with certain restrictions that prevent changes to Passcode & Face ID, and preventing uninstallation of apps, just in case my phone were to get stolen while unlocked, apps couldn’t be removed and passcode changes couldn’t be made.
With the Restrictions redesign in 27, the option to prevent uninstalltion of apps is seemingly missing, and as such I have no way to uninstall an app from my phone if I needed to.
Just reporting this in case anyone else uses this option, I have submitted a feedback to Apple so hopefully they just forgot to put this in as part of the redesign.
