Since Apple introduced Screen Time, I believe it lowers the security of our iPhone, if in the wrong hands it provides alot of detail on the way we use our phone, example being it reveals what time and how many notifications we receive per app, and the times we are on each app, I think Apple should implement a password just to open screen time as it stands we can only have a 4 digit passcode if we want to make adjustments to screen time but anyone that has ur phone opened can open screen time without the need of entering a password and they can see all the activities the owner of the iPhone has being using or doing on his phone. On IOS 12, we had to enter a password before accessing screen time on IOS 13 Apple has changed it where no password is required to acess screen time.

Can you give an example of how this would be a security threat for a significant number of people?

I don't think this is a security issue because once someone has unlocked your phone a lot of things are opened to them.
