iPhone XS Max Screen uniformity quality, what do you think?

Hi there!
Been a long time lurker, being really enthusiastic about Apple ecosystem and all.

I need your help to identify the best screen among these 2 iPhone XS Max (both silver 256gb), the screen uniformity issue is real:

The right one looks good, too.

Yeah I really don’t see a difference with either one.

I’m so glad I got over this stuff. I remember how crazy I used to be. Nowadays so long as it doesn’t look like garbage and there’s no obvious, glaring flaw (visible dirt under screen or camera for example), I just keep what I got. Hell I’m pretty sure the XR I just bought had scratches on the side out of the box because I don’t remember putting them there, but I don’t feel like exchanging into something with potentially more issues. In a year I’ll get a $29 screen replacement if I even care by then.

The one on the left seems to have a distinct line running vertically where the brightness changes while the one on the right seems more blotchy. Are these differences in brightness visible during normal usage or when you're not in a blackout situation?

To add more info, these photos have been taken in a dark room, luminosity mininum, nightshift and true tone on (defects are more visible with these conditions).

I eventually kept the one on the left, because the one on the right had a clear contrast separation line between the bottom (redish/ darker) and the top (greener/lighter)

For the price of this phone, i'm really disapointed with Apple manufacturing quality, which is degrading year after year...

I got over my screen OTT disorder. I still think Tru Tone makes everything worse except on the iPad so I won't use it.
