Does anyone know what happens if you have WiFi calling enabled for other devices and you enable the “Ask Reason for Calling” feature on multiple devices?

I have 2 Macs, an iPad and an iPhone. With WiFi calling I can make and receive calls on the iPads and Macs even if my iPhone is off.

My understanding is that setting causes the iPhone to answer the call and ask why the person is caking, so it would seem like it shouldn’t be asked on more than one device or any of the devices could answer.

Is that how this works?
