Screen unresponsive to touch

Can anyone confirm if this bug was fixed in Beta 3?

This is the one where a dialogue box loses focus and you can't click Ok to it (like the 20% battery window) and because of that the entire screen becomes unresponsive.

I hope not.

This happened to me while I was camping this weekend. And I had the screen dimmed. Airplane mode. And bam, it froze the screen. It still had like 17% to go and in this case it wouldn't let you hard reset the phone with this bug.

So I had to just wait for the battery to drain. Sacrifices you know?

Luckily I had my laptop in the tent too for music and movies.
