Screen video recording software

Is there any software out there that's cheap (or free) for Mac that allows you to record a video/audio session of your desktop? I'm talking about software similar to what Adobe Captivate and Camtasia do.

I use a ... uh, less legal - yeah, that's what it's called; less legal - version of Snapz Pro X. I can't find anything better.

Then again, I didn't look any further. It does all I need. It's that good!
