hi,
after the few restart of computer this screen has occured. anybody has an idea what is wrong ? see the attachement.

Yep. You hard drive can't find an OS X partition to boot from. What happens if you hold down the 'option' key while booting the Mac can find it. If it can't the hard drive might have went South to retire without you.

Something's up with your boot device, i.e., hard drive.

Try holding the option key or the cmd-r if you have a later operating system.
