Screenium Recording in iMovie

When I record using screenium then import into iMovie to edit for Youtube it seems to shave off a bit of the dock and the finder bar disappears but if I play it using quicktime or VLC its fullscreen (completely). If anyones interested my Youtube name is iAlexMac1 and I have started doing short app reviews 😀
