    It might work for a Michael Bay screenplay but I doubt the iPad is up to the task for a writer like Richard Linklater.

    I hadn't happened upon that blog before, thanks. As a producer I'm always interested in the ways others in the business do their business :)

    Final Draft is going to be a godsend when it arrives.

    Agreed. But in the meantime... this with Dragon Dictation in the car, I'm loving it.

    I picture a Michael Bay screenplay production tool as a soundboard-like device with buttons marked "car explosion" "helicopter" "rocket launcher" "punchline" and "falling bridge".

    Contour for the iPhone, presumably iPad as well, has just been released. However an iPad specific version and an iPad version of Montage are also needed.
