Screensavers on Mac

I only use Windows, but I sell screensavers and I want to make sure they are compatible for Mac as well as Windows.

Can anyone tell me what are the extensions for Mac screensavers? Can you use .scr or do they have to be .saver?

They must be compiled for the Mac (Windows ones won't work no matter what extension) and have the .saver extension. Only screens savers that implement the correct methods in the ScreenSaverFramework will work...
